I’m sure lots of people will be able to relate to your experiences. I certainly can! I’ve looked for Jell-O before and also Cool Whip (which you still can’t get here). And I’m thrilled that you can now get Mac & Cheese and other American foods :-) I can also relate to what you say about other non-British people who are living here in the UK and that all they seem to do is complain. It’s not the best way forward is it! And I LOVE what you say about embracing your new country. That is something I feel very strongly about.
